2013

Lead the transition to responsive web design for products and web properties

2012

Lead the UX design for the first real-time underwriting process for merchant accounts

Launched Braintree's ACH funding and accounting platform that pays out to thousands of merchants

2011

Joined Braintree as the 30th employee and first product designer

Built a multi-disciplinary Product team of product managers, analysts, and designers

2010

Founded the Backstop Product team

2009

Lead Backstop's new products, including development of machine-learning tool for hedge fund perfomance monitoring

2008

Launched a regulatory-compliant cloud CMS for investor websites

2007

Head Backstop's marketing, establishing a bridge between sales and product development while doubling sales

2004

Designed and launched the first cloud "fund of funds" portfolio and research management platform

2003

Designed and launched the first cloud CRM for hedge funds

Joined Backstop as the 3rd employee and first designer

Freelance my way through the post dotcom-bust, post 9/11, wilderness.

2000

Designed the first social support network for hospital patients and their families, which grows to millions of users

Joined Carepages as the 6th employee and 1st designer

2000

Designed my first B2B web app: a business card catalog

Joined Monotype as the 6th employee of an internal startup called Paperstudio.

Graduated from the University of Dayton with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Computer Imaging
